care of mind, body, spirit and soul. It is our desire to offer a helping hand,
love and support for those people who are dealing with struggles.
We aim to offer real solutions to real people with lasting results.

The aim of the Project is to improve mental health and wellbeing of women of colour and minorities who are currently unengaged and struggle with their mental health and wellbeing
Furaha Social and Creative Wellbeing Projects offers a unique range of creative crafts and social wellbeing activities that improve mental health and wellbeing. We connect, engage and create in a fun and friendly environment.
We offer wellbeing assessments, signposting, support and advice, social and creative wellbeing activities, a time-to-talk service, wellbeing coaching, telephone befriending and physical activities.
